Managing Your Subscription

Manage your plan, payments, and billing details

You can manage your subscription directly through our secure billing portal powered by Stripe. This allows you to upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your plan, as well as update your payment methods and view past invoices.

Accessing the Billing Portal

To make changes to your subscription, you first need to access the billing portal:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click the Manage Subscription button.

You will be redirected to a secure Stripe page to manage your billing details. This is normal and ensures your payment data remains safe.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

You can change your subscription tier at any time to better suit your needs.

  • To Upgrade: Select a higher tier plan in the portal. Upgrades typically take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.

  • To Downgrade: Select a lower tier plan. Downgrades usually take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You can also view plan options by visiting the Pricing page while logged in.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so through the billing portal. We're sorry to see you go!

  1. Access the Billing Portal using the steps above.

  2. Locate your current plan details.

  3. Click Cancel plan.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Updating Payment Methods and Invoices

The billing portal also allows you to keep your financial records up to date:

  • Payment Methods: Click Add payment method to add a new card or Update to change existing card details.

  • Invoices: Scroll to the Invoice History section to view and download PDF receipts for past payments.
