Editor Interface Overview
Navigate the editor panels, timeline, and preview window to customize your videos
The Video Editor is designed to be intuitive, giving you quick access to your media, timeline, and settings. This guide provides an overview of the main interface components so you can start creating videos efficiently.
The editor layout is responsive and may adjust slightly depending on your screen size, but the core sections remain consistent.
Interface Layout
The editor is divided into three primary sections:
Canvas (Preview Window): Located in the top center, this is where you see your video in real-time.
Timeline: Located at the bottom, this is where you arrange and edit your clips.
Properties Panel: Located on the left, this panel displays settings for the currently selected element.
Preview Window (Canvas)
The Canvas is your main workspace. It displays a live preview of your video project.
Direct Editing: You can click directly on elements (text, images, videos) in the preview window to select them.
Transform Controls: Once selected, drag the corners to resize an element, or click and drag the element itself to reposition it.
Safe Zones: Use the "Mobile Safe Zone" toggle to ensure your content is visible on social media platforms.

The left sidebar provides access to your assets and settings. The content of this panel changes based on what you are doing.
Asset Menu: When no element is selected, use the sidebar to add Text, Media, Animations, Music, and Voiceovers.
Properties Panel: When you select an element (like a text box or video clip), the panel automatically switches to show relevant settings such as:
Visuals: Opacity, Border Radius, Shadow.
Audio: Volume, Fade In/Out.
Motion: Speed, Animations.
To add new content, simply click the "Add Media" button or drag assets from the sidebar directly onto your timeline or canvas.
